Regional Commercial Counsel, CEE - AI & Tech Deals

Google seeks a charismatic commercial lawyer to act as a specialist and authority in complex negotiations across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). You will partner with senior internal stakeholders and outside counsel to support Google's commercial operations in 19 jurisdictions, navigating regulatory environments and structuring high-value partnerships for AI products.

As Regional Commercial Counsel, you will manage external counsel, advise on risks, and lead regional expansion efforts,
