Job Description

Role: Regional Clinical Services Manager
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Remote with regional travel (South East Coast of England - (within 1 hour of Brighton)

iO Associates are partnering with a leading provider of advanced diagnostic imaging solutions who are looking for a Regional Clinical Services Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You'll play a key role in supporting and leading clinical teams, ensuring services are safe, efficient, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop clinical teams to achieve high performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient care and overall service delivery
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to strengthen services and support partnerships
  • Ensure all services are safe, compliant, and meet regulatory standards (CQC, IRMER/IRR)
  • Oversee day-to-day service operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Skills:

  • Clinical background in Radiography or Radiology
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a healthcare setting with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks preferred
  • Familiar with running services efficiently, including scheduling and budget awareness
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly to customer sites
