Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy GM (Nurse)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region and lead clinical teams in multiple care homes.

You will be an RGN/RMN with current NMC registration and a teaching or mentoring qualification, plus experience in nursing homes, safeguarding investigations, and clinical risk assessments. The role requires HR experience, sales/marketing knowledge, budget management, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
