Regional Clerk of Works - Site Quality & Inspections (Travel)

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to oversee construction quality across a regional portfolio of developments, with regular travel between sites in London, Portsmouth, Brighton, Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea.

You will inspect works to Building Regulations, identify defects, and coordinate snagging and technical reviews to deliver high-quality, customer-focused homes.
