Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students,staffand hospitality functions.
• Following recipes and all policies and procedures
• Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
• Good timemanagementrequiredin thisfast pacedrole
• Keepingkitchen records up to date.
• Maintaininghigh standardsof food safety and hygiene

Key Requirements:

• Excellent team player
• Excellent communication abilities
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures Able to pass DBS checks
