Regional Care Training Coach

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training for staff across Banbury, Tewkesbury, Malvern, and Oxford. The home-based role requires travel within a defined region while ensuring staff are confident, compassionate, and compliant with care standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate training calendars, maintain up-to-date training files, and support individual development plans in collaboration with Home Managers.
