Regional Care & Quality Operations Leader

Blue Ribbon is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our supported living and residential services across the region. You will oversee daily operations, drive quality and compliance, mentor a team of managers, and lead service growth and improvement.

The role focuses on person-centred care, staff empowerment, and strong stakeholder relationships with families, local authorities, and regulators. Travel will be required.
