Regional Area Director - East Midlands Care Homes

Bridge Oak is seeking an experienced Area Director to oversee a portfolio of approximately 5-6 care homes in the East Midlands, with travel across the region. You will lead Home Managers, drive quality and financial performance, and ensure compliance with CQC standards.

The role requires hands-on operational support, strong leadership, and a values-led approach to delivering person-centred care across the region.
