We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will work across a geographical territory to maximise revenue, share, and profit through winning large orders and securing new business.

This role is a remote, field-based position primarily around the M25 Corridor. Occasionally, there will be a requirement to visit our Avonmouth Office.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Achieve revenue and margin targets.
  2. Arrange and attend site-level meetings to maximize growth and share of wallet.
  3. Deliver the required KPIs and service levels.
  4. Plan prior to each meeting, setting clear objectives.
  5. Maintain and provide accurate reporting of weekly and monthly activities.
  6. Seek and convert larger opportunities within the geographical area.
  7. Manage a portfolio of Key Account sites.
  8. Collaborate closely with the Key Accounts department and the wider Nisbets team.
  9. Own the delivery of project orders, new store openings, and account onboarding.

Capabilities, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Previous regional Field Sales experience with a proven track record in winning new business is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills, including questioning, closing, and negotiation.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to turn ideas into action.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills (written and verbal), planning, and organization.
  • Educational level: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
