Regeneration Neighbourhood Lead

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) invites applications for a Neighbourhood Manager (Regeneration) to lead a new team driving regeneration outcomes in Wythenshawe. You will oversee intensive housing management, rehousing support and community engagement while placing residents at the heart of decisions.

You will work with residents, partners and stakeholders to shape services, ensure effective communication and deliver positive neighbourhood impacts during redevelopment.
