A leading facilities management provider is hiring experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineers to service supermarket refrigeration systems across Surrey, Portsmouth, Essex, Basingstoke, and Harrow. This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent benefits, training, and career progression.

What's on Offer

• Up to £49,436 base salary (depending on experience)
• Time-and-a-half overtime - earn up to £12,000 extra per year
• 4% annual performance bonus (regularly paid)
• Fully equipped van & fuel card - personal use permitted
• Tools, uniform, smartphone & PPE provided

Required Skills & Experience

• F-Gas certified (C&G 2079) or equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communicator with good health & safety awareness

Desirable Skills - Training Provided

• Experience working with CO refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with supermarket refrigeration equipment (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• As a Field-Based Refrigeration Engineer, you'll carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and servicing of refrigeration systems in supermarkets across your local area.
• Diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently
• Work independently with support from a regional engineering team
