Our client, a prominent institution in the education and training sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tutor to join their team in Wythenshawe. This permanent full-time teaching role is a unique opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of professionals in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC).

• Deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Engage learners and employers to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Manage and maintain a caseload of learners, ensuring timely interventions and progress.
• Prepare learners for the End Point Assessment (EPA) process.
• Create individualised learning plans tailored to learner needs, including Maths and English.
• Ensure all assessments and feedback are delivered accurately and constructively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure continuous improvement.

• Experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards and their delivery.
• Proven teaching experience, not just industry experience.
• Possession of or willingness to work towards Level 3 and 4 teaching qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in planning, organising, and prioritising workload effectively.
• Strong motivational and coaching skills to support learner success.
