Reference Data Scrum Master contract Dublin 12 Months.

My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Reference Data Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis for 12 months.

You will be required to facilitate efficient and effective software delivery from inception to go-live for the EMEA Data Platform, initial focus will be running the Reference Data Squad, ingesting reference data into the EMEA Data Platform. Interpret strategic goals to define, publicise and advise on the best way Agile methodology could be leveraged to meet them. Work with the Product Owners and Development Leads to ensure a clear and well-planned pipeline of deliveries and that change risk is managed.Instigate and manage relevant scrums and enable developers to deliver on their individual responsibilities. You will ensure the creation of meaningful MI to allow for transparency.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of commercial experience of Core Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), including: Running Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. You will ensure meetings are productive and time-boxed. You will educates the team and stakeholders on Scrum principles and Agile practices. You will have helps the team improve continuously and adopt Agile mindsets. Supports the team by removing obstacles and enabling progress. Experience with using Atlassian JIRA.
