Reentry Support Coach: Empower Lives & Community

Homeless Link in Havering is seeking a dedicated Support Coach to work in a new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP). You will support residents recently released from prison, helping them reintegrate into the community with tailored support plans and risk management focus.

You will engage residents through one-to-one and group activities, promote life skills, and contribute to service KPI achievement in a dynamic team environment.
