Red Bull Student Marketeer - University of East London

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull's target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and enjoy working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Representing the brand with professionalism and embodying its personality traits and values in daily interactions.
• Growing the user base by promoting product sampling and awareness at the right locations and times, and answering consumer questions competently.
• Creating and executing innovative campus plans to engage students and bring the brand to life.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key local individuals and stakeholders.
• Driving brand engagement through authentic content on social media platforms.
• Participating in RedBull and supported events to deliver memorable brand experiences.
• Collaborating with local sales managers to ensure RedBull's availability and visibility in outlets.
• Assisting in opening new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Leveraging RedBull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales accounts.
• Ensuring the execution of store standards and brand standards with attention to detail.
• Planning and reporting activities regularly via the online platform and providing local insights to develop the media business.

• Studying at a university within the specified city.

• Willingness to travel 70-80%.

The Team

As a Student Marketeer, you will create and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the RedBull brand within the student community and beyond.
