Red Bull Student Marketeer - Queen Mary, University of London

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull's target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity in daily interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by promoting product sampling and awareness at the right places and times, answering consumer questions competently.
• Develop and implement an engaging campus plan to bring the brand to life among students.
• Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals and stakeholders.
• Manage brand engagement on social media through authentic content creation.
• Participate in RedBull and supported events to deliver memorable brand experiences.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure RedBull's availability and visibility.
• Identify and develop new distribution points within your university and beyond.
• Leverage RedBull assets to enhance sales and brand presence.
• Ensure executional excellence and attention to detail in all activities.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team regularly, both online and face-to-face.
• Plan and report activities via the dedicated online platform accurately and timely.
• Provide local insights to support RedBull's media and sales strategies.

Qualifications include studying at a university within the specified city and being willing to travel 70-80% of the time.
