RED - SAP Change Management Lead

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Change Management Lead, to start in an ongoing S/4 Hana global project.

The Change Manager will be responsible for various types of changes across the country and will support the project transformation by developing and implementing change management strategies for the Global SAP Programme.

Desired skills:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Highly organized, energetic, creative, and adaptable in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and guide teams toward a shared vision
• Evaluating the cost and budgetary impact of change management
• Working with country stakeholders- people managers, and supervisors in managing transitions

Project Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months + possibility of extension
• Location: Remote + Occasional travel
• Rate: EUR/day
• Languages: English (Proficient) and Greek Or Romanian (Optional)
