RED - Change and Engagement Lead - Remote

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Change and Communication Lead to support a global transformation programme.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing structured change and communications plans within large-scale transformation initiatives. The consultant is expected to join at the start of October 2025 on a 12-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.

This role is open to candidates based in Europe only.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum of 8+ year's experience in Change Management and Communications
• Strong understanding of organisational change models
• Experience working on global transformation programs
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, and resistance to change
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with operating model design and change adoption measurement is a plus
