Location: Caldicot (NP26) Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour Hours: Sunday to Saturday shifts available

• Caldicot Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Recycling Operative to join our client's busy recycling plant based in Caldicot.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment where you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting a sustainable and efficient recycling operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers entering the recycling plant
• Greet and direct customers to the correct waste disposal areas
• Answer customer queries in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
• Sort misplaced waste into the correct recycling areas
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the recycling facility
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Carry out general duties as required throughout the shift

• Able to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to Health & Safety
• Flexible with shifts across the week
