Recycling Operative / Telehandler Driver Leeds LS11

Manpower UK seeks a Recycling Operative / Telehandler Driver for its Leeds LS11 site in Beeston. This temporary role pays £15.10 hourly, rising to £30.20 for overtime, and runs Monday to Friday on an afternoon shift from 3:30pm to midnight. Role

• Operating a Telehandler to support waste and recycling site operations
• Loading, moving, and transporting materials safely around the site
• Assisting with general site duties when required
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure site efficiency
• Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements

• Valid Telehandler qualification/licence (in-house or external certificates accepted)
• Previous experience operating a Telehandler
• Experience working within waste management, recycling, or similar industrial environments is highly desirable
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (Category B) - essential
