Recycling Centre Operative - Make Waste a Resource

Biffa is hiring a Site Operative for our Frome HWRC to help run the site safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on recycling and customer service. You'll engage with the public, assist with waste disposal and segregation, and ensure operations meet environmental and site requirements.

This hands-on, outdoor role requires teamwork, initiative, and a commitment to health and safety. Weekend and bank holiday availability is expected.
