Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator

Location - Quest Employment Stoke

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Pay rate - £13.50 per hour

Hours - 8am-4.30pm / Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a confident and organisedRecruitment resourcer and administratorto join our busy industrial recruitment branch in Stoke on Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a career in recruitment, with full training and long-term progression available for the right candidate.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our branch, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all candidates and visitors. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities and resourcing with essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting candidates who visit the branch

  • Handling general enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Registering new candidates and carrying out compliance checks

  • Conducting ID verification and right-to-work checks

  • Supporting payroll administration

  • Assisting with candidate resourcing for current vacancies using job boards and social media

  • Monitoring social media for the branch and creating adverts

  • Maintaining accurate records and database updates

About You

  • Friendly, approachable, and have an excellent professional manner

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication skills - must be confident face to face and answering the phone

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - no two days in the branch are the same and the ability to adjust is essential
