Recruitment Partner: Proactive Talent Scout & Advisor

Elis UK Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Partner to shape and deliver a proactive, commercially focused internal recruitment function. You will partner with managers across the business to understand needs, create sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

You'll use direct sourcing, headhunting and proactive networking to identify great people, manage campaigns from briefing to offer, and help Elis become a trusted recruitment partner across regions.
