Salary: circa £50,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits
This is a senior, hands on role with responsibility for leading recruitment activity across the UK operation. You will take ownership of recruitment delivery, whilst building a more proactive, efficient and data led approach to resourcing. Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you will help shift the business towards greater direct sourcing capability and clearer recruitment governance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end to end recruitment activity across all UK functions
- Personally manage senior, specialist and business critical hires
- Develop workforce plans in line with operational and strategic priorities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to reduce reactive hiring
- Reduce agency spend through direct sourcing and improved processes
- Design, implement and embed consistent recruitment standards
- Line manage and develop a small resourcing team
- Produce clear recruitment metrics and insights to inform decision making
- Experience operating at Recruitment Manager or senior in house recruitment level
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- A strong process mindset, with experience improving hiring practices
- Demonstrable success moving recruitment away from heavy agency reliance
- Previous people management experience
- An analytical, outcomes focused approach to recruitment
