Candidate Requirements

• Significant experience managing end to end recruitment in manufacturing, industrial, or blue collar sectors
• Strong understanding of sourcing methods, candidate engagement, and labour market dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work confidently with hiring managers and external partners
• Strategic thinker, capable of balancing high volume recruitment with long term workforce planning
• Organised and proactive, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or coaching a recruitment team is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for industrial and blue collar positions, ensuring candidates have a positive experience
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide practical recruitment solutions
• Track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Support and guide recruitment team members, providing training and coaching where required
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, job boards, and training providers
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, best practice, and company policies
