Recruitment Manager - Warehousing & Logistics (Hands-on)

MDE Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to take ownership of an established Warehousing & Logistics desk in Bristol. You will inherit live requirements, clients and a structured handover, with the potential to build a team around the desk as revenue grows.

The role combines hands-on recruitment with leadership, client development and continued billing. You will manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities to win new business and expand the market presence.
