Recruitment Lead - Supply Chain and Logistics

Noel Group are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead - Supply Chain and Logistics to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead recruitment delivery within the supply chain sector. This role is ideal for a high-performing recruitment professional with a proven track record in temporary recruitment, sales, and people management within the supply chain market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
• Drive temporary recruitment business growth through new business development and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Deliver recruitment solutions across warehousing, logistics, procurement, production, planning, and operations.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor recruitment consultants to maximise performance and career development.
• Ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience within the Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing sector.
• Strong background in temporary recruitment and sales.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
• Previous experience managing, mentoring, or leading a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially focused with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
