ITN is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our fast-paced hiring activity during a particularly busy period in our recruitment cycle.

Reporting to the Recruitment Partner, you will provide end-to-end recruitment support, ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring process.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of ITN by helping to attract and hire top talent. If you're passionate about recruitment, process improvement, and thrive in a fast-moving media environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities from job posting through to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Act as a key liaison between ITN and prospective candidates, serving as an ambassador for the ITN employer brand
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and documentation using SharePoint, ensuring accurate data management and accessibility
  • Support administrative tasks within Sage HR (ATS), including candidate tracking, reporting, and system updates
  • Assist in refining recruitment workflows and ensuring best practices in applicant tracking and talent acquisition systems
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment to foster a representative workforce
  • Work closely with the wider People team to continuously improve recruitment strategies, processes, and candidate engagement

These are the main requirements of the role and is not an exhaustive list of duties. It is intended to reflect the nature, range, and context of the work, which will change over time.

Key Requirements

  • Strong admin skills - exceptional attention to detail and a desire to get things right first time
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Experience working with SharePoint for document management and recruitment-related administration
  • Familiarity with Sage HR (ATS) or other applicant tracking systems to manage candidate workflows efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a very fast-paced environment

Our people are at the heart of everything we do at ITN. It's vital that our workforce reflects the diversity of both our audience and the wider society in the UK, so we actively seek candidates from diverse backgrounds and communities. Reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process will be offered, if required, due to a disability or health condition. We also recognise the importance of a good work life balance, so we do everything we can to accommodate flexible working, including part-time and job shares for all our roles. Please just let us know in your application, or at any stage throughout the process, if this is something you want to explore.
