We're now hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our in-house talent acquisition function and help deliver a seamless, efficient and values-driven hiring experience.
Based in London and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and recruitment process coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in recruitment who loves systems, structure and collaboration.

Key aspects of the role

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas
• Source and screen candidates for both volume and specialist roles
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline stages in the ATS (Kallidus)
• Ensure trackers, hiring dashboards and recruitment reports are kept up to date
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection and candidate communications
• Liaise with hiring managers to support role briefs and job postings
• Champion best practices around data integrity and process consistency

Key requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an internal or agency recruitment role
• Strong organisational skills and a passion for process and detail
• Confident sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other tools
• Experience working with an ATS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple vacancies and priorities
• A collaborative mindset and proactive approach
