Recruitment Coordinator - Fast-Paced Traffic Hiring

Pinson is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-growing team in the UK. You will support recruiters by screening CVs, sourcing candidates and placing adverts, while managing the ATS and assisting with onboarding for agency workers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in recruitment (plus familiarity with traffic management is a bonus) and strong Office 365 skills, with excellent communication and organisational abilities. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.
