Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Warrington
Salary: Starting from £25,500 DOE - OTE £40k
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Exclusive Education, a rapidly growing recruitment agency based in Warrington, as a Recruitment Consultant.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing both candidate and client relationships. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your own desk, supported by a personalised development plan to help you progress within the business.

What we're looking for:
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Resilient, persistent, and driven
- Confident, adaptable, and able to communicate at all levels
- Capable of building and managing a busy sales desk
