FindTalent is searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join our SW6 office, focusing on clean energy and infrastructure recruitment. If you enjoy connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in renewable energy, transmission, and infrastructure projects-and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment-this is the role for you.

You'll help clients find their perfect hires and guide talented professionals into roles where they can make a difference. And yes - you'll have fun doing it!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for clean energy and infrastructure roles - from sourcing candidates to successful placement.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates - act as a trusted partner, not just a recruiter.

  • Identify top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and match them to the right opportunities.

  • Keep up-to-date on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM.

  • Support business growth by spotting new opportunities and spreading the FindTalent magic.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in clean energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you enjoy connecting with people!

  • Strong business development skills with a drive to hit targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of the US clean energy and infrastructure market is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles in clean energy or infrastructure.

  • Existing network in the US clean energy and infrastructure sector.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
