What will your job look like
- Working with hiring managers and client leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Creating and posting job adverts on various platforms, and managing inbound applications.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Managing the candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding,Advising internal stakeholders and clients on hiring strategies and market conditions.
- Ensuring all recruitment practices are compliant with employment law and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reports, and metrics using internal systems.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
- Occasionally attending job fairs, industry events, or university career sessions to build talent pipelines
Requirements
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a consultancy, technology, or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, from role definition to successful hire.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vacancies at once
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of UK employment laws, right-to-work checks, and GDPR compliance
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a consultancy, technology, or professional services environment.
