Job Description

You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent within the dynamic and rapidly evolving life sciences industry. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment and your in-depth understanding of the life sciences landscape, you will contribute to our mission of fostering innovation and driving impactful advancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer and negotiation stages.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of qualified professionals within the life sciences sector.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' organizational cultures, talent needs, and strategic goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine and define job specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze and interpret industry data to provide recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry-specific compliance requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter within the life sciences or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of life sciences terminology, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
