Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar (T&L, Rail, or M&E). Join an established supplier of labour to the Rail, T&L, M&E, and Renewable sectors. The role is suitable for a self-starter who values autonomy, initiative, and results.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a warm desk with existing national agreements to generate business.
- Source and recruit blue-collar candidates for Rail, T&L, M&E, and Renewable sectors.
- Provide bespoke recruitment solutions by understanding client requirements.
- Excellent working environment - Victorian country house with facilities including free parking, onsite restaurant, gym, and tennis courts.
- Agency accreditations include RISQS, CIRAS, and JIB (Joint Industry Board) to supply to Rail and infrastructure sectors.
Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 + 20% commission + Flexible Package. This vacancy is a permanent, full-time role based in the UK.
