Recruitment Coaching Lead - Junior Academy

Manchester City Football Club is seeking a Recruitment Coaching and Development Manager to lead the day-to-day recruitment coaching across the Junior Academy in Manchester. You will set standards, manage coaches, and help ensure sessions align with the club's player development priorities.

You will work closely with the Talent ID team, mentor coaches, and maintain accurate logs and records while engaging with parents during the recruitment phase.
