Job Description

This is a hybrid role working remotely. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for an Recruitment and Retention Agent to work with and support the delivery of high-quality customer service to both prospective students and active students, achieving pipeline conversion targets. Working closely with Online Management team, the role will use the CRM to effectively funnel students through to successful enrolment and throughout their studies.

The role will require an understanding of the different functional areas of online sales, and continuously develop their knowledge of our university admissions requirements and incorporate best practice and lessons learned to improve the customer and student experience. Successful achievement of this role will require a high attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and an appropriately balanced sales focus and passion for customer care. Based in the UK, fully remote working.

Working with prospective students at University of Leeds online programme offering of degrees, supporting them throughout the enrolment intake cycle from initial enquiry through to course enrolment and payment of first module fees through to graduation.

You will promote and recruit our courses over the telephone, tailoring solutions and benefits to each prospective students' individual needs, lifestyle, and career aspirations. The retention function will work with our active students ensuring they are able to complete their study mitigating risks and helping students navigate process.
