Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Managing recruitment activity across associate (non-marker), permanent and FTC roles
  • Preparing and publishing job adverts, ensuring accuracy, inclusivity and effective use of media channels
  • Screening, assessing and shortlisting candidates using fair, consistent criteria
  • Coordinating assessments, tasks, interviews and onboarding activity
  • Maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Requirements
  • Experience delivering recruitment at pace, managing high-volume workloads accurately
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and multiple pipelines
  • A blend of internal and agency recruitment experience, offering strong 360 visibility
  • Confidence across the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
  • A capable, proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and collaborate effectively
