If the answer is yes, then we have the ideal role for you!

Temporary workers are vital to the continuous and effective running of St Mungo s services. We have our bank of around 370 casual locum workers who, along with a range of temporary agency partners, cover staffing gaps across the organisation.

  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries from locums, managers and agencies, dealing promptly and effectively by phone, email and in person.
  • Conduct agency audits and contribute to the ongoing compliance monitoring of agencies on St Mungo s Agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL).

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo s London or regional locations.
