Job Description

Working as part of the Recruitment Department, the post holder will be responsible for efficiently recruiting casual workers to ensure each area office maintains a strong staffing pool for the successful delivery of events. Working as part of a fast-paced team, the post holder will work in close partnership with the Recruitment Team Leader, Screening Team Leader, Recruitment Manager and Area Operations team to ensure daily goals & staffing level KPIs are achieved. We are looking to welcome a candidate who will be supporting our five-year screening function, ensuring the recruitment of SIA Door Supervisors and Event Safety Stewards is in line with the BS7858 code of practice.

What you will be doing
  • Working to achieve daily volume targets and KPIs set by the Recruitment Team Leader, Screening Team Leader and/or Recruitment Manager, ensuring maximum success is achieved through various recruitment methods
  • Supporting the coordination of role changes and staff upskilling
  • Investigate employment gaps and inconsistencies within screening files
  • Proactively chase outstanding references and validate supporting documentation
  • Respond to candidate queries via phone and email, providing clear and professional guidance
  • Ensure contracts are issued promptly
  • Undertake any additional duties relevant to the role
What we need from you
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Maths GCSE or equivalent (C or above )
  • English GCSE or equivalent (C or above )
