Job Description
Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client on site at their team in Glasgow City Centre.
This is an ongoing temporary role, full time within a fast paced team during a peak period of business. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday core business hours.
Responsibilities- Accurately process and upload sensitive information onto internal databases while maintaining compliance standards.
- Handle high volume of information and requests from the team, ensuring processing in line with SLA's.
- Manage busy workload by prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact for the department.
- Investigate and resolve onboarding account queries/issues.
- Previous administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset, able to juggle enquiries while using internal systems.
- Experience working with databases and running reports from these.
- Ability to work well under pressure and pick up new systems/processes quickly.
- Required to hold a current basic Disclosure Scotland or be willing to apply for one.
