We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Administratorto join our busy Resourcing Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, administrative experience and a passion for providing a high quality service to colleagues across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to provide an efficient, customer focused front of house and administrative recruitment service for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

You will need to support the delivery of safe, timely and values led recruitment by ensuring high quality administration, excellent customer service to candidates and staff, and full compliance with pre employment standards.

Person specification Qualifications
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent
  • Typing qualification or equivalent experience
Experience
  • Experience of administrative work within a busy office environment
  • Experience of undertaking complex administrative tasks
  • Prioritizing, planning and organizing own and others tasks
  • Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations
  • Data entry experience and documentation
  • Previous experience of working in the NHS using HR systems like ESR, Trac jobs & NHS Jobs
Knowledge
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Understanding of customer service
  • Understanding of office procedures and all Microsoft office packages
  • Awareness of anti-discriminatory issues
  • Understanding of NHS Employment Standards
  • Awareness of priorities
  • Knowledge of Trust information systems
