Job Description

Recruitment Administrators - Public Sector £13.57 p/h Temporary until March 2025 Leicester Location Full-Time, Onsite

Our respected Public Sector client is seeking multiple Recruitment Administrators to join their Medical Recruitment Offices team. This is a fantastic opportunity for organised, motivated individuals with strong administrative skills to contribute to a meaningful area of public service.

Location: Fully onsite in the city centre (potential for remote work after training)Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (typically 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm)Pay: £13.57 per hourContract: Temporary assignment until March 2025Flexibility: Some early starts or later finishes may be required based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

You'll play a crucial role in supporting internal recruitment processes, with duties including:

  • Longlisting candidates, responding to applicant enquiries, and supporting online interview administration
  • Managing recruitment inboxes and handling telephone queries
  • Maintaining accurate and timely data entry across internal systems and databases
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment activities such as booking venues, processing invoices/expenses, and preparing documentation
  • Liaising with external stakeholders regarding vacancies and applications
  • Escalating complex queries to the recruitment manager

Full training on client-specific systems will be provided.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid DBS check
  • Ability to provide three years of referencing
