About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Account Co-ordinator to support a major client operating across multiple warehouse and e-fulfilment centres in the West Midlands. This is a fast-paced role that combines recruitment, account management, administration, and on-site support to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding temporary workers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service delivery across sites in Walsall, Cannock, and Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities- Resourcing and recruiting temporary staff to meet client requirements.
- Managing candidate applications, registrations, and onboarding processes.
- Conducting worker inductions at client sites.
- Building and maintaining a talent pool of suitable candidates.
- Liaising regularly with the client to understand staffing needs and fulfil requirements.
- Managing worker attendance, availability, and performance records.
- Maintaining accurate records using the company's CRM system and recruitment databases.
- Completing general administration tasks, including reporting and compliance checks.
- Responding to out-of-hours staffing requirements and urgent client requests when required.
- Travelling regularly between client sites across the West Midlands.
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong administrative experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM systems and recruitment databases.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to respond to out-of-hours requirements.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
