Recruitment Account Co-ordinator

Location: West Midlands (Walsall, Cannock & Wolverhampton)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Account Co-ordinator to support a major client operating across multiple warehouse and e-fulfilment centres in the West Midlands. This is a fast-paced role that combines recruitment, account management, administration, and on-site support to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding temporary workers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service delivery across sites in Walsall, Cannock, and Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resourcing and recruiting temporary staff to meet client requirements.
  • Managing candidate applications, registrations, and onboarding processes.
  • Conducting worker inductions at client sites.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool of suitable candidates.
  • Liaising regularly with the client to understand staffing needs and fulfil requirements.
  • Managing worker attendance, availability, and performance records.
  • Maintaining accurate records using the company's CRM system and recruitment databases.
  • Completing general administration tasks, including reporting and compliance checks.
  • Responding to out-of-hours staffing requirements and urgent client requests when required.
  • Travelling regularly between client sites across the West Midlands.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong administrative experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM systems and recruitment databases.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to respond to out-of-hours requirements.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
