Recruiting Lead: AI & Robotics Research Talent (Equity)

Genesis is a physical AI research lab and full-stack robotics company seeking to hire top Research Scientists, SWE, and Robotics engineers. You will own the full-cycle recruitment from strategy to offer close, targeting candidates who are not actively looking and who are currently in labs.

You will partner with founders and engineering leaders as a trusted advisor, shape the hiring bar, and build scalable sourcing and screening-including automation-to speed and improve every step of the process.
