Rogo builds AI-native tools for finance, helping professionals at leading investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms work with greater speed, accuracy, and insight. The company is developing a new category of enterprise AI for financial workflows.

Задачи:

• Run GTM recruiting for London and EMEA end-to-end


• Own hiring for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates across London and the broader European market


• Manage interview logistics across time zones


• Keep recruiting processes moving without bottlenecks or delays


• Align hiring priorities, pipeline health, and process improvements across regions


• Build Rogo's presence in the London and European market


• Work with the co-founder to shape hiring priorities as the London and European presence expands


• Establish and refine GTM recruiting best practices for the London and European candidate market


• Build Rogo's brand and reputation with GTM talent in the region


• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates


• Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally throughout the process


• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience


• Maintain clean and accurate data in Ashby


• Ensure interview feedback is submitted on time and processes stay on track


• Track candidate progress and next steps with strong attention to detail


• Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights for hiring teams


• Support initial candidate screens when needed


• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in hiring for the London and European market


• Propose and implement improvements to increase speed and quality


• Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure as the London team grows

Требования:

• 4+ Years of experience in recruiting


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously


• Clear and professional written and verbal communication


• High ownership and strong judgment with a proactive approach to problem-solving


• Experience with ATS tools and modern productivity tools


• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders, including the co-founder


• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment


• Autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity


• Collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind


• Nice to have: Familiarity with the London and European GTM talent market, experience with Ashby
