You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Google. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud in the United Kingdom. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business in the United Kingdom, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of go-to-market roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

Responsibilities- Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of candidate quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Negotiate complex and engaged offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
