Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding handover
- Hire across multiple roles including Go-To-Market, Tech, Product, Data, and G&A
- Develop a deep understanding of Sidetrade's business, culture, and growth roadmap
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership
- Challenge and refine hiring needs, role scopes, and profiles based on market insight
- Provide regular updates, pipeline reporting, and hiring recommendations
- Build proactive pipelines using direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping
- Attract passive candidates in highly competitive SaaS / AI markets
- Conduct market benchmarking and advise on talent availability, compensation, and hiring strategies
- Deliver a world class candidate experience aligned with Sidetrade's brand and values
- Represent Sidetrade professionally with senior and executive-level candidates
- Partner with Communication team to support recruitment campaigns
- Use ATS and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with local employment regulations
- Proven experience as a Recruiter in a SaaS / Tech / AI environment
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and proactive talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple regions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling organisation
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience supporting hypergrowth SaaS companies
- Familiarity with roles in AI, data, cloud platforms, or B2B enterprise software
- Exposure to hiring Sales and Customer Success roles in EMEA or global markets
