Job Title: Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and metrics on hiring pipelines.
• HR admin support on a daily basis.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
