Recruiter

My Client, a well established organisation in the building materials and home improvement sector is seeking a permanent Recruiter to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full recruitment cycle and working closely with hiring managers in a fast paced environment. The role will be full-time onsite in Dublin 12.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
• Proactively source talent through job boards, social platforms, referrals and networking
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback and offer management
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports and pipeline tracking
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

• Previous experience as a Recruiter (in house or agency)
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities

• Salary between €32,000-€40,000, depending on experience
